At Babylooza, we want you and your little ones to be happy with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return process, subject to the terms below.

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligible Returns

A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The item is physically damaged at the time of delivery
  • The item has water damage during transit
  • You received a wrong product or wrong size
  • The product is defective or torn upon arrival
  • 📸 Clear photos or videos may be required as proof.

3.⁠ ⁠Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
  • The item must be in its original condition

4.⁠ ⁠Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used, washed, or altered clothing
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Innerwear, socks, caps, mittens, booties, or similar intimate wear
  • Clearance sale or discounted items (if mentioned on product page)
  • Products damaged after delivery (including water damage caused after delivery)

5.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@babylooza.com
  • Mention your Order ID
  • Share clear images/videos of the issue
  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

6.⁠ ⁠Refund Process

  • Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timeline: 5–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

7.⁠ ⁠Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
  • In case the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

8.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by Babylooza if the issue is due to damage or incorrect delivery.
  • For other approved returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

9.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.

10.⁠ ⁠Final Decision

Babylooza reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any return request after inspection
